Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted after delivery. If a product arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tx-pep.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is received before processing and shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. All products are sold for laboratory research use only. Not for human consumption. Not for veterinary use.
